Bloom Bridge Academy follows a fair and transparent payment system to ensure consistency and quality in one-on-one online learning.
Each new student is eligible for three complimentary trial classes.
If required, one additional trial with a different teacher may be arranged.
Trial classes cannot be extended beyond this limit.
Regular classes begin only after admission confirmation and advance payment.
Enrollment is confirmed once the schedule is finalized by management.
A time slot is reserved only after receiving the first month’s fee.
Fees paid are applied to the upcoming month and are non-refundable once regular classes start.
Monthly fees must be paid before the start of each new month to maintain the confirmed schedule.
If a student discontinues mid-month, remaining classes are not refundable or adjustable.
All payments, confirmations, and adjustments are handled exclusively by academy management.
Informed leave exceeding 7 consecutive days will not be charged beyond attended classes.
Leave under 7 days or unannounced absences are charged at the full monthly fee.
Inactivity without notice does not pause billing, as the time slot remains reserved.
If parents remain unresponsive for one month, the academy reserves the right to release the slot.
Islamic and national holidays are announced in advance.
No makeup classes are provided for official academy holidays.
